Inadequate My experience was a bit confusing. I took my vehicle there on 7/19 to be serviced. I was told at the end of the service check I would hv to pay $67 fo My experience was a bit confusing. I took my vehicle there on 7/19 to be serviced. I was told at the end of the service check I would hv to pay $67 for a half hour + $39 for a air filter I agreed to get changed. I wasn’t charged anything at checkout, I was told by Gary not to worry about the $39 ( his words “it’s just $39”). I went back on 7/23 to get the updated harness put on which included part of deductible at $100 to replace with my extended warranty. After the service was completed I was told my balance was $38+ for the air filter that I was told not to worry about after I offered to pay for it on 7/19, so I paid the $38+only to receive several calls back by Gary the service clerk saying he forgot to let the cashier know I owed the $100 deductible. I felt that things could hv been handled more professionally, perhaps there was to much going on and it was an oversight on his behalf. But, if I had taken my vehicle to a different Nissan dealership how would I hv been charged for the air filter that he clearly stated not to worry about on 7/19. I stated all that to say that they Nissan should’ve disregarded charging me $38 for an air filter 4 days later after I had left the service department!!! More

Brooks and Jim are the BEST! I love going here. It always feels like we’re with family. They treat me and the kids so well. Jim even have Anthony a snack pack for the ride home. I I love going here.
