Excellent customer service I really like this dealership. I live in Gwinnett, but drive to the Mall of Georgia because this is a better dealership with better customer service. We purchased our Nissan here several years ago after traveling to several Nissan dealers. Sutherlin offered the best deal, and had the perfect car in stock. We have been very pleased with the customer service every time we have been here. This dealership really cares about its customers. More
Customer service When we walked into the service center to get an oil change, we were not greeted by any of the 6 people that were at the desk talking to each other. We stood at the desk until they finished talking and after they began to get up and leave one of the men said may I help you. My husband and I were very taken back at the behavior of the staff in the service center. If this location was not so close to our home we would definitely change locations. More
Door Handle Repaird I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my drive I had gone for an oil change about a week prior to this service, at which time I explained to Grace Ellington that I was having an issue with my driver side door handle. As the car was being serviced, Grace explained to me the problem, and she informed me that she would order the necessary part and contact me just as soon as it was delivered to the shop. She was true to her word, and I went on a Saturday at noon to have the repair done. I was in and out in probably an hour or less. Everything went smoothly, as always. Jordan Hughes, the young lady at check-out, was, as always, very friendly and professional. She always remembers me by name, which is impressive to me. Jordan and Grace are great! Thank you for your fine customer service, ladies! More

Not quite the usual standard The service advisor, Gary Smith, was friendly and professional and wrote up the order promptly. However, the drive-up attendant did not put a paper floor mat or plastic seat cover in my car before taking it into the service area. I noticed the same thing for the next couple of customers after me. There were plenty of mats and covers available in the drive-up area, but were not being provided. The service technician, Ronaldo, brought my car around after service was complete and was friendly. When I arrived home, I noticed the interior of the back doors where the recall work had been done were dirty with a spotty residue. Also, there was a smudge on the inside of one of the back windows. The work was done satisfactorily, but the usual attention to detail/cleanliness of the car was lacking. The car should have been cleaned up...not up to the normal high standard of Sutherlin vehicle care. More
