Personel seem to dismiss anything that is said about a need or concern. While in the center I noticed more than one customer try to converse with a service representative only to see the representative "wave" the customer off or say something like "just a minute".) I believe that I having a concern I raised ignored resulted in a signifcant repair charge for me. Scheduling is a waste of time as info doesn't seem to be relayed. Question validity of emailed offers when referencing the offer scheduler isn't aware of "special" Scheduler quotes a chage then when arriving for service charge is different. More

I will say however, the inspection afterwards was a little off compared to my service I had done 10 days prior to the repair. I was ensured that each technician rates differently based on how they view critical statuses on service. For example my brake lining went from 7mm to 5mm in 10 days according to my service report. So did my car get tested hard while I was away? Or is the mechanic not checking my car like they are supposed to? Reguardless, I've been seeing these guys for years and I can say your in good hands. More

Service shenanigans I took my Altima in to Sutherlin Nissan for a recall item, oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the service to be complete and as I was leavin I took my Altima in to Sutherlin Nissan for a recall item, oil change and tire rotation. I waited for the service to be complete and as I was leaving noticed the car was making a noise that it was not making prior to the service I returned to Sutherland and the service guy that helped me earlier, Brooks, met me in the service bay and took a ride with me He told me that it was tire noise from the tires “feathering”. He told me to give it a few days and see if that didn’t smooth out I didn’t drive the car the next day but the day after I drove it and the noise was louder and sounded as if it were coming from the engine not the tire I called Brooks back and expressed my concern about this noise that was not happening before I brought my car in for service and asked him if they put synthetic oil in my car. My receipt said 5W 20 but did not indicate that it was synthetic He assured me they did however I had a friend who is a mechanic drive my car and listen to it and he believes they put the wrong oil in my car He believes they put non-synthetic oil in my car and that if I did not get it changed out immediately it would ruin my engine. My original service date was Monday, July 1, I called Brooks on Wednesday, July 3 and he told me to bring it back to the dealership on Monday, July 8. I am now scared to drive my car for fear of damaging the engine More

I felt like they respected me and made me feel appr I have gone to other nissan dealership's in the past and I am by far very impressed with this one. I felt like they respected me and made me feel appreciated and not just another person whom they have never met. I felt apart of the Sutherlin Nissan family as I walked in the door. Gary greeted me with such warmth coming into the door. And Grace was exceptional! She made sure that all my needs were meet. I was already uneasy about taking my car to another dealership, I have never been and Grace made it such a pleasurable experience for me! Thank you Grace for taking great care of me!!!!
