I haven't owned a Nissan in over a year and haven't been to this dealership in over 2 years. Yet I still get harassed via texts and emails by them regularly. Great service, had a wiring issue after some Trial and error Robert got it fixed and reprogrammed for us. Had some issues afterwards Ian Mack the service manager was willing to makes things right. Auto work was good, but feel customer service is somewhat poor. Was told wait would be 1-1/2 hours then got text saying it would be 5 hours. Questioned this and was told “Oh, that doesn’t mean anything - i poor. Was told wait would be 1-1/2 hours then got text saying it would be 5 hours. Questioned this and was told “Oh, that doesn’t mean anything - it’s just in the system.” Pretty stupid in my opinion. And they texted it, when I was sitting 20 feet away.
