Lol change + transmission fluid service. Friday, June 28th On Friday I was hesitant to have the transmission fluid service done as I have heard that once this is done, car troubles begin. My service advisor On Friday I was hesitant to have the transmission fluid service done as I have heard that once this is done, car troubles begin. My service advisor assured me that all would be ok, so, I did have transmission fluid service done on Friday. Saturday morning, my husband and I went outside and noticed that my car was leaking fluid (on the driveway). We moved the car and put cardboard under the car. When we went out this morning, more fluid on the cardboard. I went online to book appointment to get this issue checked out. First available appointment is July 8th. We are going out of town Wednesday, July 3rd, so I need to have this issue checked out ASAP. I plan to go to the dealership first thing tomorrow morning (Monday, July 1st). I need help! Thank you! Waste of time and incomplete visit I booked a 2pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there 20 minutes early to check in and do the appropriate paperwork. An hour a I booked a 2pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there 20 minutes early to check in and do the appropriate paperwork. An hour and 15 minutes later, an employee came to tell me about several other “necessary” additional services to include a brake fluid flush and new cabin filter. I asked if they actually checked the air filter. He said yes. I asked how a filter that I changed myself 30 days ago could possibly need to be changed already. He didn’t have an answer. I also asked how a vehicle with only 36,000 miles and mild brake ware could possibly need a brake fluid flush already. He said, “Oh, we were going by the age of the vehicle. It’s over two years old.” I told him I bought it just over a year ago. Needless to say, I did not purchase these unnecessary services. Then, I was told my vehicle was on the wash line and should be ready shortly. I waited another 30 minutes and went up front to see if my vehicle was ready. They said yes and gave me my keys. After completing my transaction with the cashier I went out and got in my SUV. I had been there for almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment for oil change and tire change and as I got into my vehicle, I realized they didn’t even do the car wash that I was allegedly waiting the additional 30 minutes for before getting my vehicle back. They only reason I go there is because I have already paid for the service plan for oil changes. As soon as my service agreement is over, I will not come back to this center. More
