My radio on my 2018 Nissan Rogue quit working I took the car in for the radio to be fixed. They had to wait on a new radio to be delivered so my car stayed in the shop for 2 days. I was kind of upset that I wasn't offered a loaner car but I was able to get transportation for those two days. They kept me informed on the process and how long it would take. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. They ended up replacing the whole radio which I was happy about because I was worried I would continue having problems with it after reading some of the reviews on line. More

Billed for work which wasn’t done I brought my car in for an advertised battery special. I decided to have my oil changed and an alignment done (my car pulls to the right) while I was I brought my car in for an advertised battery special. I decided to have my oil changed and an alignment done (my car pulls to the right) while I was there. My car was dropped off at 5pm and ready for pick up at 6:23pm. I was given a print out listing the work done along with several pages of recommended services based on their inspection of the vehicle. I took my car to a different mechanic for the $800+ of work suggested and had it all done for under $250 total. I noticed that my car was still pulling to the right and asked my 2nd mechanic about it. He asked to see the print out showing the corrections made during the alignment. There was not one provided. He visually checked the adjustment points and stated it was obvious they hadn’t been touched. I called to schedule an appointment to return and have the alignment I had already paid for completed. When I arrived, the service advisor, Grace Ellington, said she watched them do the work. I asked why I didn’t get a print out detailing the alignment results and she said the cashier must have kept it. I asked to see it now and they could not produce one. I was told my car would be the next vehicle serviced and the alignment would be done. I left and returned 2 hours later. When I returned and Grace saw me entering the building, she ran into the service bay. I looked at the cars being serviced and my car was not being worked on. They had not done anything at all! Grace remained in the service bay talking to a technician (no, he wasn’t working on my car) and clearly wasn’t returning to the customer area. At this point I asked to see the service manager. One of the other service advisors stated that he was looking for him too and couldn’t find him. After several more minutes, Juan Galvez arrived and I began to tell him what had occurred. His response was “How did that happen?” I responded that finding out why customers are billed for services that are not actually performed would be his responsibility. When I asked him for the print out showing the alignment had been performed on the original visit, one could not be provided. However, I was offered one for this 2nd visit...one where they are acknowledging that they still haven’t done the work. This made absolutely no sense! I asked for my car to be returned and for a refund for the service that was never performed. I have since read several reviews indicating this is not an isolated incident at this location. I have zero confidence or trust in this service department. Bottom line...stay away from Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia! More
