The cost of service at the dealership is expensive, especially when compared to local mechanics. Some things just require the dealership service center. Despite having the same car since 2009, the service dept. could not honor their own coupon because of a VIN number. Why was I mailed a coupon that they couldn't honor? Seemed like a marketing tactic to get me in the door but left me very unsatisfied. After the thousands of dollars I've spent at that specific service center, it was an insult to receive a coupon that I couldn't use. More
