Brought in car for recall for headlights. They were checked and failed making able to claim new headlights per recall. I was told it could take 3 months to get headlights as they were hard to They were checked and failed making able to claim new headlights per recall. I was told it could take 3 months to get headlights as they were hard to get. I did a search and found out Regal Nissan ( which is about 20 miles away ) had the headlight assembly for my car using vin number to search. Don't understand why Sutherlin couldn't get assembly from Regal. I explained that it was getting very hard to see at night. Didn't seem to matter. To top everything off they supposedly did the complimentary inspection and told me I needed brakes. I know this is wrong as I had just had brakes put on 2 days earlier at a reputable dealer. They also told me I had several other problems which I find hard to believe. Have used this service department several times and have never had any problems until this time More

Received an email stating I had 41 points which equaled $41 value. When I picked my vehicle up I was told I could only use 25 points. This service dept communicates poorly .
