I went to the dealership for a grinding sound in April 2022 and was told the completed a diagnostic and the issue was the ps hub nearing . I paid $690 to find out that wasn’t the issue . After going back to the dealership for the 5th time the service manager rode with me and determined issue was the brakes . They wouldn’t replace it at no cost because they claimed the ps bearing needed to be replaced but that isn’t what I went there for and it could have waited . I paid another $400 to replace front brakes and rotors and they claimed the after market brakes were the issue and that is definitely not true. They didn’t know what the issue was until the service manager got involved after I asked someone to ride with me . I had to Recommend that which was ridiculous. Service advisor kept saying they can’t hear the noise and in my opinion that just wasn’t true . It was poor service and I believe I’m owed $690. they replaced a part that wasn’t the source of the issue. My husband told them It wasn’t the bearing and low And behold after weeks of frustration and paying money for a part that could’ve waited, the service manager figured the issue out. Just a very bad experience and zero confidence in this dealership More
Came for a oil change I ask for car wash also . They got the oil change done period but the crew didn’t wash it. All they did is thought water. At the car . exterior and interior wasn’t cleaned. I should be going to their next door at Mazda they know how to get the job done and squeaky cleaner around the corner to do my oils change. More

Brought my vehicle that I purchased as is with zero changes from this dealership. Asked them to check the battery, rotate the tires and provide an oil change. They wouldn’t rotate the tires because they stated their was aftermarket tires on the vehicle that I purchased with everything on it at that location and started the battery was good. Returned home to a dead battery. The battery was bad. They never checked it and never rotated the wheels! Terrible service - tried to upswell me on other services and were rude about it. Also called and asked me to trade it in while on location and was rude when I said I didn’t want to trade it in for their low ball offers. More
