I was absolutely impressed by the friendly, helpful environment created by the people I dealt with. Specifically, Kristen, my service writer, was the most professional auto service person I have ever environment created by the people I dealt with. I must also mention that super employee that meets everyone driving into the service area for help. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but his smile & enthusiastic help is one super way to start your service experience at Sutherlin! Whoever hired these super employees should be commended! I had an appointment but my car did not get looked at the same day. Had I known, I would have waited to take my car in. I watched as the back of the house did not much. I was there for a solid 2 hours, before my ride could pick me up. When my car was done the next day, I was texted and emailed and never called to explain what my car needed. I don’t usually have anything bad to say, I’m just not pleased with the overall service this time around. More
