I came to Sutherlin from Carmax to get my transmission fixed and to check my whole car over. Robert Sigman was the advisor and was fantastic! He had the servicemen check my car over and they found that th fixed and to check my whole car over. Robert Sigman was the advisor and was fantastic! He had the servicemen check my car over and they found that the exhaust and tires needed replacing. He recommended tires which I bought and had the exhaust fixed. One serviceman worked till 8 one night to try to get the exhaust fixed. Robert got me a rental car even before he new my warranty would fix it. (It was late afternoon and I live an hour away). He even called me quickly the next day to tell me the warranty company apologized for not accepting it quickly the day before. I know it was meant for me to take my car to Sutherlin because Robert eased my mind as soon as I got there and he made sure the car was totally fixed before I picked it up so I give him 5 stars! Everyone was so friendly, thorough, and knew their expertise that I have and will continue to tell people about Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia! More

We have been having our car serviced here since we bought it 10 years ago. This last service was terrible. We requested to have the cloudiness removed from the headlights. When we picked up the car the next it 10 years ago. This last service was terrible. We requested to have the cloudiness removed from the headlights. When we picked up the car the next day it was worse and needed to be done again. We also needed the seatbelt buckle replaced and we had to follow up to see if the part was received, we were quoted one price for the installation but they tried to charge us a different more expensive price as well a ridiculous disposal fee to throw away the the buckle. They did honor the lower price but I could have thrown the buckle away in my trash. More
