I was thoroughly impressed with Diego Atehortua (Sales Consultant) and Mr. Kim (Finance Consultant) and how they got me into a beautiful and reliable car. I was the last customer of the night but they never made me feel as though they were in a hurry. Both took their time and whenever I purchase another Nissan, there's no other dealership, sales consultant or finance consultant for me other than Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA Team. More

My car's appt for an oil change was on a Tue at 7am and it took them 1 hr and 45 minutes to complete it. Even on Saturdays they will complete the oil change faster than that. Once I got there (at 7am) I was asked by the rep if I was going to complete all the recommended services and I told him no, just the oil change for now. I think he did not like it because when the service was completed, he did not even let me know the tech's suggestions for my car. They usually give me the list of recommended services but no this time. I felt I was not treated like a valuable client, just like a number.. More
