I made an appointment online and took my car to Sutherlin Nissan Mall of Georgia to get a routine oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and to also get my back taillight fixed from an accident. Sutherlin Nis Nissan Mall of Georgia to get a routine oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and to also get my back taillight fixed from an accident. Sutherlin Nissan’s Service Representatives offered great customer service and answered all of my questions honestly. I received calls before any work or decisions were to be made. I was soon informed that after trying to attempt the realignment, the struts on the car were bent and the steering couldn’t be foxed without replacing them. The representative I worked with was very honest with me and also offered me several discounts because of the large unexpected repair costs. My car was fixed in a timely manner, even with having to order unexpected parts, in just over a day. The only thing is that I wish that the service center washed and vacuumed the car as other Nissan dealerships have done for me in the past. More
