Very impressed. The moment I entered the door I was greeted warmly and well taken care of. Service department is great. They communicate well while I am there so I know what is happening. Luis is very helpful. I had to turn around twice when leaving. First, I asked for the complimentary wash and vacuum. My vehicle was not vacuumed. I asked when signing in to have air added to my tires, then asked if it was done for the complimentary wash and vacuum. My vehicle was not vacuumed. I had to turn around again to have this done. Jim was excellent in taking care of this both times. This is the first time that this has happened. The service was poor. I did not work with any of the people listed. Grace started my service then her partner, I forget his name, finished the end. He did not give me the paperwork where the work was done, until I asked for it the last time I had to come back. More
