There were some gentlemen at there desks holding a conversation without directing me on what to do until this older lady asked if they could. They looked at me and ignore me. Hood of car keeps popping up There is a recall on the hood latch. I took it to Sutherlin, and the tech guy was able to get it to catch, so it didn't pop up.
