When I called to ask how late they were open, the gentleman who answered the phone said till 6:00 p.m. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. to find that they had closed service at 4:00 p.m. I went to the gener gentleman who answered the phone said till 6:00 p.m. I arrived around 5:30 p.m. to find that they had closed service at 4:00 p.m. I went to the general manager and told him I needed to pick up my car and the service center was closed. He he normally wouldn't have helped me but he did. He took extra measures like calling the service manager after hours, to get me in my car and pay for the service repairs. He went over and above to make sure I got my car on a Saturday afternoon. I thank him very much. Anyone picking up the phone should make sure that they articulate whether they're talking about service or sales if the times are different. More
