Keep your word I dropped off my vehicle to be checked on a Thursday with an appointment. The understanding was that someone would look at my vehicle on a Friday and I dropped off my vehicle to be checked on a Thursday with an appointment. The understanding was that someone would look at my vehicle on a Friday and that Saturday was reserved for oil changes and low-end maintenance. Not only did I have to call TWICE (once on Friday evening, again on Monday), but at no point did anyone even look at my vehicle. I picked it up the following Monday and I have no intention EVER of returning to any Ray Brandt dealership for ANYTHING. More
