However on this particular trip the technician removed the wind guards from the car instead of using something to hold them in place which is what he was supposed to do. He didn't ask me if I wanted them removed instead he just removed them. Otherwise, no problems. More

I walked in and he immediately took my keys and realigned my car in about 30 min. He even showed me the printout of a graph that showed myalignment before and after.
