I had previously purchased two new cars from Ray Brant Nissan and financed three new cars with Nissan Finance. I was extremely upset when I was told the interest was nine percent. When I said we were walking out, the rate went down to 4.9 percent. With further discussion the rate came down to 4%. We were told they had no inventory of Muranos we wanted and could not get one, so we were walking out., Then they said they found one. At this point we’re getting frustrated. We had been there. for two hours already. We were then told they wanted a check for $5,000 before they could get the car. We eventually agreed, even though other ships only wanted $1,000, When we finally got to see the car two days later,we were then told we could not get roof rails that we wanted because we were getting the moon roof package. We then saw that there were no security wheel lug nuts. We demanded they be installed. They complied. We also saw that ther was no sun tinting on the upper portion of the windshield. I was surprised since our older Murano had it. I guess that happens you “Buy a car without seeing it. It took us three days to get the car, speak about frustration. I understand there is a supply shortage, but why does a customer still have to pay extra money because the dealership Han no inventory. I have never had such a poor and frustrating experience in all my years of buying cars. We were actually tag teamed by two salesmen. I will not go through that experience again.
