I have had so many bad experiences with car dealerships in the past. This is the first time that it was a pleasure. My salesman, Fleming Clark, made the entire process pain free. The ladies at the cashier's window, Brandi and Joyce were courteous and efficient. Today when I brought in my new insurance information, I met Brandi Miller who introduced me to Jeff, the GM. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and eager to help. The mission statement is right on point. They made it easy. Michael Calegan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Me being a senior citizen Michael took his time with me, he explained every detail of the car I was buying.
