Typically my car dealership experiences give me very bad anxiety, but Chase was very calm and helpful with getting me into my perfect car!!! He made sure I got my black Nissan Sentra with tan leather quilte anxiety, but Chase was very calm and helpful with getting me into my perfect car!!! I brought my vehicles in because the check engine, battery, and brake lights were on. The A/C also was out. The service advisor told me that the A/C compressor has locked up causing the drive belt t battery, and brake lights were on. The A/C also was out. The service advisor told me that the A/C compressor has locked up causing the drive belt to brake. He also advised me to get a tune up and front end alignment (I agreed). He later called me back and told that the cooling fan motors were not working. This added an additional $700 plus dollars to the bill. I feel like I could have made a better decision on what repairs I wanted done, if all the information was available. I have serious reservations about returning to Ray Brandt Nissan service department. More
