I brought my car in for axel repairs along with the controlling arm on The past Monday at 7:30 am and my car was not pulled in until at 10:30 am before the technician ever started working on my car. I was told that the job would be a 3 hour job which ended up being over 7 hours long. I believe that the tech wasn’t consistently working on my car and was taking breaks in between but because the labor fee is based on a price per hour, they are going to get as much out of you that they can. If you were bring in your own parts for repair, they will let you know up front that they will not be able to guarantee the parts, but they will honor the labor. The labor is just as much as the parts, so of course they are going to honor the labor because they can prolong the process as long as they wish without you, the consumer, knowing how long the process is really flooding to take to repair your car.
