Went in for tire rotation, drove away with car riding with steering wheel shaking. Returned back to center, was informed that the tire rotation manifested these other problems. I brought my car in before the warranty was up because my gas tank door would not close. The man at the desk told me that didn’t fall under the warranty and when I asked him to double check, he said I know i gas tank door would not close. I had my fiancé call and speak to him, before my fiancé could even finished his sentence the man said it was covered he automatically assumed my car warranty had expired (even though I stated numerous times it had not yet expired). I almost felt as if I was being taken advantage of for being a female. I was spoken to like a child who didn’t know what she was talking about. And the second my fiancé called the mans demeanor changed and magically was willing to help fix my gas tank door for no price at all because it did indeed fall under my warranty. More
