The service department here is TERRIBLE. Do not recommend. They treat you like you’re stupid if you happen to be a woman. John in service told me “That’s not our job to do an estimate”. They held my vehicle for an entire month and refused to send a proper estimate to my insurance. 30+ days. The sheer incompetence is what led me to purchase a new car instead of spend even one more day trying to get these workers to repair my vehicle. My salesman, James, was great. He gets the 5 stars. He made the process very easy and professional. If it wasn’t for him this dealership would get zero stars from me. If you have options, don’t come here. If you HAVE to come here, ask for James. If you need service through insurance DO NOT WORK WITH CALVIN. He does not know how to work a computer. Nice guy though, probably great with cars. I guess I’ll never know. More
Pathetic. They couldn’t figure out how to write an estimate. John told me “That’s not our job to write an estimate”. They kept my vehicle for an entire month. I had to buy a new car once the reality set in that these people would never repair my vehicle. Every time I begged to speak to a manager or supervisor Joyce, the lady on the phones, refused to put me through. She would route the phone to Calvin over and over again. Terrible service. Don’t come here if you need a repair through your insurance. It’s sad, really. More

I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told there is a fee to rotate my tires. That was unexpected, Additionally, I requested asked the serviceman to check the air pressure in my tires. My panels shows an psi of 33. Is driving my car with the tires inflated to 37 safe? These automobiles are made with many safety features. But I don't feel when they are servicing these cars, that safety is considered. Additionally, a car wash should be a nice feature added to the service aspect. More

This was my worse visit to service department since 2018 when I purchased my car. There was no communication with me at all. I don't even know the name of my service person. I was told to leave my keys on c when I purchased my car. There was no communication with me at all. I don't even know the name of my service person. I was told to leave my keys on cup holder and go inside. I was able to say I wanted an oil change, tires rotated, and new wiper blades. I was not spoken too after that. I had no idea what was going on until my name was called to pay the bill. And not even then did anyone tell me what was done to my car. I had to ask the cashier. Thankfully she was willing to tell me. This was the worse day ever. More
