The reason this was a three was that I brought the car in on a Tues. and the exact same issue occurred the following Monday so was back to the service center on that next Tues. The first time I was there at on a Tues. and the exact same issue occurred the following Monday so was back to the service center on that next Tues. The first time I was there at 7:30am and did not get checked out until 11:30. I would have appreciated an update during that time so I would at least know what was going on for 4 hours More
