I started going to this VW dealership because the other dealership in New Orleans has disappointed me. Oil change done incorrectly. Put to much oil light came on had to go back. Very inconvenient just went to get pizza when light came on. I pulled in told them what was going on. Someone came out said it would only take 10 minutes insisted on taking in back right then . Wouldn’t wait for them to get there to get the food. I sent them home. Took over 30 minutes before they came out. No seem concerned about the situation. When I told the guy he didn’t have to lie I had someone coming for the food he just shrugged his shoulders. So my food was ruined. Had one person finally come ask me if I needed help after me standing by service desk for about 15. No urgency at all More
