Not sure what has happened to this parts/service department, but it’s not what it used to be. The lady at the service desk was nice, but my car has not has not run the same since I brought it in for department, but it’s not what it used to be. I had an early morning appointment for 745 online. I did not get my car I was told my car would be ready in three hours. But it was nine hours. Very bad and then I had to come back the next day.
