After talking with the sales rep, Aaron Kenner, we made the decision to buy from this dealership even though it was a fair distance from where we live. Aaron took the time to video the car in detail, provide the many features and benefits of the vehicle and VW brand, and explain the buying process so that we felt confident in our new purchase. Bottom line: he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and he was always available to take my call/text and answer any questions or concerns that I had. He made it very easy for us.
