He checked at locations world wide to make sure I didn’t settle for anything less than what I dreamed of. Daniel never left my side and stayed until my deal was signed sealed and delivered. He checked in early and stayed late to ensure I was completed satisfied. I received great deals on my purchase and when I drove off I felt like family. I went in looking for a different auto Aaliyah showed me the Atlas went for a test drive drove great, made it back to the dealer I told her only thing was wrong it didn't have a sunroof she went and got one the Atlas went for a test drive drove great, made it back to the dealer I told her only thing was wrong it didn't have a sunroof she went and got one with a sunroof. Dissatisfied with recent service visit This is our second 2019 Atlas that we have had a serious issue with. A customer shouldn't have to call the Service Department every couple of days to This is our second 2019 Atlas that we have had a serious issue with. A customer shouldn't have to call the Service Department every couple of days to check the status of their vehicle (ie., status of ordered part(s), status of issues with installing new part(s), status of second reordered part, etc.). Were we supposed to just drop it off and wait for you to call us once the repairs were totally completed three weeks later? More

Overall I had a horrible experience, car service took a month and half, which I wasn’t so worried about but I would have appreciated being kept up to date throughout this time. Amanda dropped the ball on s month and half, which I wasn’t so worried about but I would have appreciated being kept up to date throughout this time. Amanda dropped the ball on several occasions by simply not picking up the phone to let me know it would take longer because additional parts were needed here and there. I mean that’s common courtesy. Then when I asked to deal with another employee she repeatedly made it known to me, she would go get someone else because “I didn’t want to deal with her”. I most definitely didn’t, just very unprofessional. However, Devin was very helpful and apologetic(when he didn’t have to be). He made sure to give updates until my vehicle was ready. More

The system you have set up for your business creates a divided experience for the customer. It’s so bad that I’m gonna drive my car to Texas to get it fixed.
