The Best! There was no wait when I arrived. The service advisor, Anthony, greeted me, and explained the needed service in detail and provided me with an estim There was no wait when I arrived. The service advisor, Anthony, greeted me, and explained the needed service in detail and provided me with an estimate of the charges. Since the job would take 4+ hours, the shuttle driver gave me a ride to my home. During the inspection, other issues were detected which would need repair. Anthony called me at my home to notify me of the recommended service and the cost. I chose to have the additional services completed during this visit which added 3 hours to the wait time. When the job was completed, I was picked up by the shuttle driver and returned to the dealership where Anthony explained the work done and reviewed the charges on the final bill. In addition, since I needed to replace tires, Anthony explained the Honda Road Hazard plan if I purchased tires through the dealership When he quoted me a price which was less expensive than Discount Tire, I decided to buy the tires through Honda. During the inspection, the tech noted that a censor in the seatbelt was defected and a time was schedule for this free repair as it is covered for the life of the vehicle. Anthony went "above and beyond." He ordered a rear windshield wiper replacement since the one on my CRV had "disappeared". When he escorted me to my vehicle, he inspected the rear windshield wiper and found that in had fallen off and was lodged behind the spare tire. With some maneuvering, Anthony was able to retrieve the wiper and attached it to the frame. It functioned perfectly thus saving me the expense of a replacement. More
