Many things you don’t want in buying a car. ‘By the way there’s 3,995 added to the price’ straight off the bat, along with many other added fees in addition to the customary basic dealer fee an ‘By the way there’s 3,995 added to the price’ straight off the bat, along with many other added fees in addition to the customary basic dealer fee and doc prep fee. I walked out when they told me an extended warranty was ‘necessary to hold value of the vehicle’. I pointed out this was not legal. When deciding maybe I wanted to get a warranty, the second person explained things differently, reasonably about the warranty, but then they changed the deal, including raising the down payment another $700. A complete waste of time, and all the things wrong with the used auto business. On the plus side, my salesperson, Chris, was great. Nice selection of vehicles, as long as you go in knowing their predatory practices More
I had a very disappointing experience with Prestige Auto Group. When I reached out to the dealership to question some serious discrepancies in the numbers on my financing agreement, I was met with complete Group. When I reached out to the dealership to question some serious discrepancies in the numbers on my financing agreement, I was met with complete indifference. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issue, they were dismissive and told me that if I wasn’t happy, I could just bring the car back — with no effort to address my concerns. The lack of professionalism and customer care was shocking. Buying a car should be a transparent process, but I felt misled and disrespected once the paperwork was signed. I expected honesty and clear communication, not evasive answers and attitude. I’m now seeking legal advice to protect my rights as a consumer. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to review every document carefully and make sure everything you’re promised is clearly written before signing. Transparency and respect should never end once the sale is made. More

I contacted them regarding a vehicle they had listed. It was listed on their site at 36k, which I was fine with, and like with any vehicle I know there would be tag/tax/title fees added to that, so when It was listed on their site at 36k, which I was fine with, and like with any vehicle I know there would be tag/tax/title fees added to that, so when I called I asked him for the total price out the door. He started to talk about financing and test drives and I explained that I didn't need financing as I would be paying cash. He then tells me "If you're paying cash I can't sell it to you for that price. I have to charge you an extra 2500." He then tells me that since I don't need financing, he won't be making any money from the bank on a financing deal so he has to charge me more. I mentioned that being illegal (which it is, its a violation of the Consumer Protection Act)and he said he wasn't the one in charge and someone else would have to call me back. Of course no one did, and I ended up buying another truck that same day elsewhere. But that conversation definitely showed how shady this place is, and I would advise anyone and everyone to take your money elsewhere. More
This dealership lacks integrity. I was interested in a car priced at $40,895. When I arrived, they unexpectedly added a $10,000 markup. I expressed my unwillingness to pay that price I was interested in a car priced at $40,895. When I arrived, they unexpectedly added a $10,000 markup. I expressed my unwillingness to pay that price, noting that I had seen other options, and they eventually agreed to honor the advertised price. However, during the signing process, the salesperson engaged me in conversation, and I didn’t notice that he had added nearly $10,000 to the car’s value. It wasn’t until I reviewed the bank documents that I realized the discrepancy. He also assured me that there would be no penalty for paying off the loan early, despite a stated penalty of $3,000. This experience has shown me that they are not trustworthy and are the worst kind of people to do business with. More

He's unwilling to budge on pricing once he realizes you don’t need such. As a matter of fact, he will add on imaginary costs. The vehicle in question was listed for 29,995, and he attempted to assert that the 8% sales tax on that price was $2700. Once he realized we weren’t idiots and that it was in fact, $2400, he attempted to say that the tax amount was based on what he bought the vehicle for, which was 31,200 (he declared this after reasoning that the 29,995 was only for those who were financing 🙄) I countered that even with that price - the taxes were still NO MORE than $2500, (I’m a math teacher). Moreover, we had our own tag which required transfer only. This price is typically around $200, $250 if the dealer conducting it is being a xxxxxx, and even with all that - the total price would STILL be 33,950. After all that, he made another declaration, noting that he wanted to make “AT LEAST” $1500 profit. Therefore, we were willing to make the deal for $35,000 total with no financing required. However, he kept pushing another funky $2000, claiming it was taxes, AND continued to offer financing options with 10 - 15k down! Seriously dude? Who still finances WITH money done? That money would go directly to the dealership, which, in my experience, only needs to be a conduit between the consumer who needs financing (not us) and the bank. So yeah, the manager is a sleazeball. He must receive kickbacks from financing. I’ve never known anyone not to want to sell a car outright. Maybe it was because I ‘out mathed’ him? 🤔 More
Just an overall horrible place to buy a car they run your credit multiple times they try to put you in whatever car they want you to they talk to you like your child specially the guy in the back and finance credit multiple times they try to put you in whatever car they want you to they talk to you like your child specially the guy in the back and finance onto yourself a favor and go somewhere else cuz this place is horrible just look at the reviews on Google or any other platform their cars are expensive when you go there if you look at the prices online they are much lower and then they tell you that the price online is to cash value they pretty much judge you by your credit and that's the price you're going to pay for the car if you have bad credit they put the price up More

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime and never had issues like this. These people are crooks! I don't even know how they can sleep at ni I have purchased many used cars in my lifetime and never had issues like this. These people are crooks! I don't even know how they can sleep at night doing this to people! Derrick was my daughter's salesperson and just like most of the reviews here the vehicle was listed for one price but when they did the paperwork was $6,400 over the asking price. When I asked what the additional $6,400 charges were for Derrick gave me some xxxxxxxx story! The loan they gave her was for 23%!!! Totally unheard of, her credit score is in the 700s and her last interest for her car loan was 9.5%. I am trying to help her get it moved to another loan company but of course like everyone else is saying they are NOT sending the vehicle registration, and I can't move the loan without it. They also gave her some xxxxxxxx story that if she makes payment on time that her interest rate will go down to 4 - 5% in about 4-5 months. That ISN"T EVEN TRUE!! They are a bunch of xxxxing liars!! We live in Pennsylvania so the car had to be shipped here (which I would NEVER purchase a vehicle out of state). The car arrives with a severely chipped up paint on the roof which you can see looking at the car head on. NEVER was that mentioned or even a picture of it! The back tires are bald and all for tires are dry rot. Oil needed added and don't even know if they changed the oil. OTHER than the extra $6,400 was to cover maintenance they did on the car. They didn't do ANYTHING. She has had the car for about two weeks and is telling me the brakes are grinding. To say I am pissed is an understatement! She is just starting out in life and this is what they do to young kids! Her and her fiancé worked with the dealership, I did not get involved until after the purchase was made. I wish they would have told me and I would have known that they were getting SCAMMED and taken ADVANTAGE of! This just sickens me! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and wherever else that I can take action so this doesn't happen to others. After reading the reviews it does sound like this have done this to a lot of people and needs to be STOPPED. More
