I will never go to Prestige Ford again. The service department worked on my Ford Edge replacing the torque converter in August 2024, it took them a month to fix the torque converter. Then in December 2024 my oil light came on, so I took it to Mullinax. It was 2 quarts low; the oil filter was loose with oil all over the felt piece at the bottom of the engine. Now I have a bad oil leak. I took it back to Prestige Ford on January 15, 2025; to fix the oil leak they caused on my Edge. I picked it up and now there is a whooshing noise and now my Edge is at Mullinax getting fixed I’m will not go back to Prestige Ford again they left 3 hoses off my engine and put some green putty on my left front boot to my steering. Obed doesn't treat customers with care, he is very unprofessional, sarcastic, arrogant and doesn’t communicate with customers at all. Obed cost me $350.00 for a rental that should have been covered by my warranty because he did not do his job on the rental car. They had my Edge for 13 days in that time I called 12 times with no one picking up my calls in the service department, I called 5 times to service manager (with no call back) and I talked to Obed 1 time to tell me it was an oil gasket leak, 1 time to tell me everything is covered under the warranty, 1 time to turn the rental in due to warranty doesn't cover non Ford vehicle's that’s a lie. I am very unhappy with this dealership I never had any leaks or noises till they worked on my Edge. So, this whole deal cost me $689.48 out of my pocket and I want my money back that’s sad. More
I left my car at this dealership to fix the clogged fluid in my windshield wipers. The service person said I needed a new motor. Then when the fluid still didn’t spray out he said he needed to replace them in my windshield wipers. The service person said I needed a new motor. Then when the fluid still didn’t spray out he said he needed to replace them and order a part. My car would be ready on Saturday or Monday. In the end, they had my car for 4 days and still didn’t’t have the part or fix the problem. I ended up paying for a wiper fluid motor and taking my car with the problem not fixed. Every time, I called the service department to check on my car, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. This dealership is clearly poorly managed and I will not take my car for service here again. More

I will NEVER take my vehicle to Prestige Ford service department ever again! I made an appointment with John the service writer two days before I brought my truck in for service to have my trailer wiring department ever again! I made an appointment with John the service writer two days before I brought my truck in for service to have my trailer wiring plug fixed. My appointment was at 8:00am on Friday the 1st of December. They had my truck all day. I tried to call Friday evening to check on the progress and left a message with John, he never called me back. At 6:30 that night I called again and talked to John, he proceeded to tell me that a guy looked at it but hadn’t figured it out yet and was working on other things. My truck stayed at the service department until Monday at 6:00pm, they did not fix anything and did not say anything about what the problem was. I have called the service manager Rebecca and had to leave messages, she never called me back to discuss what was going on with my truck. I also called and requested to speak with the general manager of the dealership Michael Knox, left Two messages for him to call me back, again I received NO call back. They kept my vehicle for 4 days and did NOTHING and fixed Nothing. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING!!! Very Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated! More
This is a conditional review. The review is for Dave in the parts department. The rest of the dealership is questionable at best. Dave is a great guy that is very knowledgeable. He has been able to look up and answer my questions like he could do it in his sleep. For the 1st time ever I felt like a valued customer at Prestige Ford and was working with a person that knew what they were doing and wanted to genuinely help me out. The pricing was back in line with other dealerships too. I mean in the past I would call there and the pricing for a part was $200 to $500 more than dealerships in Leesburg and Clermont. We had stopped going to the dealership because of issues in service. The last time we went we were given a quote and when we picked up the vehicle it was more. To make matters worse when we went to another Ford location to have the oil change we found out they didn't even use genuine Motorcraft parts. So why did I bother to go to a Ford dealership and pay the big bucks when I could have gotten the same thing at Jiffy lube for much less. For some reason they charge you way more for parts from Autozone. Seriously??? Dont you go to the dealership to get factory parts so your vehicle is covered under warranty? I was in Autozone when they were leaving with an order of them to take to the dealership. Thats pretty bad. So my suggestion if you want to go to this dealership.... make certain that they are using genuine Motorcraft parts if your getting the vehicle serviced there and get your estimate in writing and refuse to pay more. My girlfriend didnt do this and now we know they way they are taking advantage of customers. If you need parts call Dave. He is a good guy that cares about the customer and he knows his stuff. This guys needs to be the manager of the whole place. They would be much more successful with a guy like this in charge than with the way the place is being run now. More
