I am sorry to say that my service experience with my F150 Hybrid was anything but pleasant. I made my appointment weeks in advance and brought it in on a Friday as planned, my service advisor was Larry. The Hybrid was anything but pleasant. I made my appointment weeks in advance and brought it in on a Friday as planned, my service advisor was Larry. They did not even look at until sometime late the following Monday. I was not able reach anyone for days having left Larry at least 4 voicemails to get information on its status! I literally had to go into the dealership twice and speak to the service manager who had no idea who I was, and what my vehicle was each time! I understand waiting for parts as was the case, but the TOTAL LACKOF COMMUNICATION and the feeling that nobody could car less really infuriated me. I eventually did leave a message for the GM who did get back to me but that's how bad it was.. I had to get the GM involved! After I picked up the truck and as I am driving it home I noticed a Large piece of Trim Molding just laying on the floor that went on the passenger side of the center console. I had to figure out how to put it on myself as I was NEVER bringing my truck back to them! My advice, stay away from this dealers service department! More
Great service. A tentative staff. Only issue the long wait to get appointment. My wife's Edge had defective liftgate that wouldn't open. Soonest they could get her A tentative staff. Had to go to our old dealership and they fixed it next day. More
I took my explorer in for a software update recall, and because I had a rattling noise coming from the drivers rear door. They were amazing and kept in touch with me throughout.. organized a loaner and we because I had a rattling noise coming from the drivers rear door. This is the worst ,the service dept. needs to be revamped, honesty brings back customers and this dealership has none. Part sent in my name from ford corporation was verified by them and needs to be revamped, honesty brings back customers and this dealership has none. Part sent in my name from ford corporation was verified by them and I was told not there. Repaired my truck with someone else’s part so I know where my part went. And than NO paperwork when I went to pick up my truck. And still after a week ,,,still no paperwork. Will not deal with dealership again.,will travel to another ford dealership even at the cost of $5.00 a gallon of gas. More
