I didn’t buy my truck here but went in for a flat tire. They told me they couldn’t put the spare down under the car because they didn’t have the tools and my truck didn’t have tools. When I went to another They told me they couldn’t put the spare down under the car because they didn’t have the tools and my truck didn’t have tools. When I went to another dealership, not only did they put the spare where it belonged, they showed me where the tools were. If you buy a car there, you’ll probably get service there. Either they don’t have a clue about their own products or flat out lied. Is this someone you want to do business with? More
Scheduled appointment @ 9:30 for oil change service, 3 hours later I was out the door. Guy told me he was short staffed that day, understandable.. any other time takes about an hour. So far I feel Prestige Ford was the best for me. I feel I go a pretty good deal on my new 2021 F150 in the days of new vehicle prices these days. The second time when the screen on my dash went blank which they took it in and fixed it immediately. The service department is top notch. I would recommend Prestige Ford. More

About 6 months ago i had service dept replace my .motor in my 06 ranger fx4 Iv had it back forr oil chsnges 3 times now an all three times i complained about a noise in timing chain area front lower all in my 06 ranger fx4 Iv had it back forr oil chsnges 3 times now an all three times i complained about a noise in timing chain area front lower all three times thay refused to even write it on the work order As being a new motor it carries a full warrenty now im a trained ford tech retired from city of phila. Pa. I know a new motor is not supposed to have an internal noise next time i go there i will have a chat with service manager More

I took my 2016 ford focus in for them to fix a transmission problem I had to them 3 times to fix. They refused to warranty they're poor work. Had my car for 2 weeks. Had to call repeatedly everyday to get anyone on the phone to update me on my car just for them to tell me they wouldn't fix it. I took it to sunstate Ford and they warrantied prestige fords terrible work and fixed my car in a couple days. More
