I went in to have a transmission issue checked out. I suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few m suspected that the fluid was low and asked them to check it and perform a oil change. At the end of the day they called and said it would be a few more days before they can look at the transmission. I told them I had to have it back the next morning so would they make sure to check the transmission fluid before I pick it up. A few hours later they called and said the fluid level was fine and they think the transmission problem is electrical. So I picked it up. And waited till the next opportunity to have it in the shop. In the meantime I repaired my backup vehicle and then scheduled the transmission work at a different dealership. After diagnosis of the problem, the 2nd dealership found almost no fluid in the transmission and a leaking tail housing seal. They also said that no one had checked the fluid as the dipstick was covered in heavy dirt and oil. So I will not be going back to Prestige Ford because they Intentionally LIED to me. Zero stars for them. More
Service did not find and fix my problem - this was my second time taking my car to them for the same issue. Nice people but frustrating that the problem was not resolved. So 5 months ago we buy a car for my 16yr old daughter gave the sales staff a excellent review they were awesome so we take the car into get serviced oil change tire rotation for free cause that comes wit gave the sales staff a excellent review they were awesome so we take the car into get serviced oil change tire rotation for free cause that comes with the purchase so Bill the service attendant as soon as she drops it off she didn't even make it to target which is 3 mins across the street calls her and says she need a new air filter the ac needs charged it needs new spark plugs and a cabin filter and so on so she says to them just the oil change and tire rotation please I mean the car only hS been driven maybe 3000 miles in 5 months so she calls me crying that she now thinks her car is falling apart case bill wants to take advantage of a 16yr old girl so then I call the service manager and he says bill is new I said idc you trained him then he Brian tired to blame the service tech of course so needless to say we will never go back what your shelf there they are crooks and skaters More
