I do quite a few web purchases but rarely would buy a car sight unseen.... but Kevin gave me the feeling he was truly looking out for me, He took the time to explain the car ownership and worked with the local management to get the price into my range. When the car arrived at my house it was just as described and I couldn't be happier. Nice to know there are sales people out there that put the customer first. Great job Kevin! More

They immediately came out and diagnosed the problem and got it to the shop. They gave me a loaner and had my car fixed by the next morning. 2 thumbs up I was searching online for a specific vehicle. I found it 1-3/4 hours from home at Prestige pre-owned of Orange County in Middletown NY. Mr. Kevin Lin I was searching online for a specific vehicle. I found it 1-3/4 hours from home at Prestige pre-owned of Orange County in Middletown NY. Mr. Kevin Linton was the salesman that answered my query. From the beginning Kevin communicated clearly and answered all my questions. I asked for photos of the underside; he sent a dozen; when I was satisfied I sent him a refundable deposit. Four days later when I made the trip to Prestige he had the car on the lift waiting for my inspection. When it came time to deal, I had the numbers that I wanted for my trade and the numbers I was willing to pay for the new car. Before the deal was done Kevin and Prestige came in $5 less than I had figured. The point is, what they say is what they mean. No games no misleading. Before the day was over I left Prestige with my new vehicle. Prestige's inventory is impressive. Very Clean cars. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Prestige or Mr. Kevin Linton, in fact before I left I had my eye on a car that I knew would be of interest to my girlfriend. No return calls I recently bought a car here with no issues. When I picked up the car the salesman told me there was only one key. So I went back to the service depa I recently bought a car here with no issues. When I picked up the car the salesman told me there was only one key. So I went back to the service department to see about getting another key. They told me they would get me a price and give me a call, never got a call back. I called a couple of days later about an issue with the car and to inquire about the key. I was told he had to check with the sales manager about the issue and that he had no way to get a hold of me about the key. The salesman had my cell phone, home phone and email. I gave him my cell phone # and he told me he'd get back to me. I never heard from them again. More

The service manager worked with me to get a really good interest rate and i walked out with the car. Even after the car purchase Kelvin came out to make sure i was able to get everything set up with the car including setting up bluetooth and that everything was ok.
