Prestige Toyota of Ramsey - Service Center

I called in the morning for an 11:00 appointment. I was told that my van would be in the express bay and that I would be out in less than an hour. I was told I needed a tire rotation. I was not given any updates. I had no one to pick up my child. It was an upsetting experience. Two friendly young men greeted me and were there when I left. They were the only good part of my experience that day. More

Though I had an appointment and showed up earlier than my prescribed time. After dropping off my vehicle and given an approximate time. Service agent phoned me to inform me that I wouldn't receive my my prescribed time. After dropping off my vehicle and given an approximate time. An issue i am having with drivers side cross wind noise was not corrected. The service tech said he could not hear it. Will have it addressed again in the near future as I can definitely hear it. Also did research on this issue and have found that it is a problem with this model and their are fixes for it. More
