When I visited the Prestige Toyota Dealership for my vehicle's collision repair, Caroline Siderias-- are excpetional customer service professionals. When I visited the Prestige Toyota Dealership for my vehicle's collision repair, I was thoroughly impressed by the collaborative teamwork, thorough record-keeping, and prompt follow-through that Caroline and Ronald demonstrated in working with each other and with my auto insurance company. Five days later, I was glad to see my vehicle again looking totally brand new! Both Caroline and Ron provided superlative customer service, and I am satisfied and thankful that they eased and expedited the collision repair of my vehicle.
