I am livid over my experience with Prestige. They quoted me 2 hours at $500 to unclog the car's sunroof drainage. I was able to take care of this myself in a few seconds with a q-tip. They also They quoted me 2 hours at $500 to unclog the car's sunroof drainage. I was able to take care of this myself in a few seconds with a q-tip. They also suggested repairs that were unnecessary (I know because there were some items I already replaced). Jeffery also made me feel like I was a burden to him. The system texts and emails were not coming through, and he seemed annoyed because I did not respond. I find this type of service disgusting and predatory. I bought this RAV from Prestige, but I will not be returning to replace it. More
