I am disappointed that I had to pay $150 service fee for something that I could of been told prior whether it was covered under my extended warranty that I paid an additional $1800 for. Only with an x-wrench and the use of hands and feet was I able to remove a tire lock and several lug nuts. A similar problem arose after my last service when, 500 miles from home, even with a borrowed x-wren able to remove a tire lock and several lug nuts.
