I am disappointed that I had to pay $150 service fee for something that I could of been told prior whether it was covered under my extended warranty that I paid an additional $1800 for. As well I asked for an oil change that came out to $90 and when I checked the receipt it was because a knew filter was put in without asking me prior. So I am disappointed with these services and am in considering going to a different Toyota service center. More

Only with an x-wrench and the use of hands and feet was I able to remove a tire lock and several lug nuts. A similar problem arose after my last service when, 500 miles from home, even with a borrowed x-wren able to remove a tire lock and several lug nuts.
