Hello. Sorry to say, the apology seems more of a formality than anything else. I gave the dealership many opportunities to correct their mistake, many hours, and return trips as well. I invested a lot of time for Prestige Toyota to make this right and they really did not care. I made my advisor aware I would not be returning for a fourth attempt at fixing a serious issue of significantly overfilling the engine oil that leads to serious long term issues and asked him to notify the service manager who has all of my information. Like in person, the manager could not be bothered after he was made aware of my decision. It took DAYS to receive any paperwork regarding my visit with the wrong mileage written on my paperwork for the initial visit. Yes, you did not reflect just how many miles were placed on my several month old vehicle while in your care. Unless your service department makes a habit of overfilling vehicles and having customers wait hours on end to NOT fix the issue when brought to their attention, you are well aware of who I am. Truly terrible service. I feel for the individuals who really love their cars and place their trust in Prestige Toyota's hands.
