I was going to quit buying Toyotas, especially at Prestige, because of some very dishonest service advisors who made me get services I didn't need and made me pay for services that were supposed to be covered under the Platinum Warranty I had bought. My faith in Prestige Toyota was completely restored by Caroline!! I hope she is treated with respect and valued as a tremendous asset because she is very rare in your industry!
