I made an appointment for oil chg & A/C. I showed up on time and when I got there they told me I didn't need the oil changed but I should get 2 other items checked. I said okay. I have been bringing my ca time and when I got there they told me I didn't need the oil changed but I should get 2 other items checked. I said okay. I have been bringing my car(s) here for over 20 years and I have always been happy. However, this time I waited in the waiting room for 4 hours! I finally asked how much longer and they told me a couple more minutes which was not exactly true. I was livid, I missed a doctors appointment. If they had given me any idea it was going to take 4 hours to add freon and check the intake I would not have agreed to have the all the work done that day. Very disappointing. More

Gabi was great. But the people who took my keys were not friendly. Hardly acknowledged me when I pulled up in my car. And were having a conversation amongst themselves when the service was done.
