Technician did not fully diagnose the issue resulting in delay in the return of the vehicle. The vehicle upon return had grease and hand prints on the headliner due to the work performed. Gabi was excellent. He kept us abreast as to what is going on and when to expect our vehicle. I gave a service rating of only 4 stars as the tow service took 2 days to get my car to tow it to the Toyot going on and when to expect our vehicle. This dealership went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was extremely pleased with the professional and friendly service Advisor, Krystal. The Service Manager, Ron was professional and very helpful with an fuel tank issue on my Rav4 Hybrid. A courtesy car was provided as the scheduled maintenance in addition to the Fuel Tank issue took a full day to complete. Ron called himself to give details of the repair. When I picked up the car the next day it was washed and looked great, Inside and out, and was even delivered with a Full tank of gas complements of Toyota . Overall, I was very happy with my experience with this dealership and will definitely be using them in the future. More
