I had to request my car be checked out a 2nd time for the stench that was in the cabin. Jeffrey was patronizing, telling me "There's no problem with the heat and ac system." Everyone was great Kraystal and the tech Jack were great. They solved my problem with what I thought was a chirping sound from the blower motor to what was my rear passenger side window which was bare great.
