I sat for 1.5 hours for a software update on my vehicle - to fix the issue I was having. Only to pull out and same issue happened. Turned around and went back and rep said to delete phone from pairing w to fix the issue I was having. Only to pull out and same issue happened. Worst service ever. Your service department left me stranded at your dealership sales dept. I am in the marked for a new car, while I was getting my oil changed I asked for a ride to sales.. I had to call Pete at 310 he said the car would be do e soon. I called to get a ride back at , 324,and was told by the ditsy woman that answered that the driver would call me when he was on his way as they were very busy. I called at 404 to find out that they were closed and had left me stranded.. Carlos the sales agent at the dealership wasn't too concerned. I finally found ONE person that took this seriously. He was able to get the service mgr on the phone. He also got me a ride back to the service dept. The sevice mgr did not take responsibility for what happened he was only concerned with getting the 108 dollar bill paid. I did not receive my point Inspection sheet and did not offer to compensate me for the grief that his department put me through. He just didnt care. I have told everyone I know this story. You have lost a loyal customer. And a sale. Toyota is not the company it used to be. More
