I was in for my first service maintenance on my vehicle and it went pretty good. Gabi at the service department was very thorough with explaining what was to be done at this service and what to expect for and it went pretty good. He was friendly, personable and professional. My only complaint is that I’m not sure if they actually washed my vehicle. The inside was untouched because I still had sand from the beach in the car mats. Somehow the outside looked “cleaner” when I got it so I really didn’t notice until I got home. I do have to contact them about this. However, this doesn’t change my thoughts on the services I did receive. The car wash was supposed to be complimentary. Had I paid for it I would’ve been more disappointed but since I didn’t, I’m not as bothered. Just mentioning it because if I’m told they are adding it in, they should make sure it’s done. More

Jeff Cicero was the person I dealt with in the Service Department. He set up my appointment for the 4th routine service on my leased Toyota Camry.
