My appt was for a fuel pump recall. When I made the appt was told it would take 3 hrs. When I told Krystal I wasn’t waiting she said the car would be ready by 3pm. My service appt was 9:30am. After explaini was told it would take 3 hrs. When I told Krystal I wasn’t waiting she said the car would be ready by 3pm. My service appt was 9:30am. After explaining being told of a 3 hr wait and had I known up front I would have made other arrangements Krystal said the car could be ready maybe by 2. To my surprise it was ready by about 11am. Krystal listened and went above and beyond. More

Recall Appointment made for 7 a.m. Did not get finish until after 1 p.m. We were suppose to be called at 12 Noon, by Service Advisor. NO CALL. I called.
