As always, Gabi is the reason I come back there, as well as the fact I never have to come back for the same problem. Gabi is attentive and TRULY cares for his customers. I wish the external phone team you contracted would listen more. I had to call three times until they assigned Gabi to me. I also REALLY wish you would go green. You waste SO much paper. I love Prestige's Service Department I have had Toyota's since 2010. I'm on my third RAV 4. I currently own a 2010 and a 2019 RAV 4. I have always had my service done at Prestige. The Service department is very professional, they take the time to explain any repairs or options to you. I haven't had a bad service rep yet. I know people say that dealers are more expensive but my 2010 RAV 4 runs great with over 150,000 miles on it. I attribute that to them. More
